Day-to-Day Responsibilities
You’ll guide and motivate your team to achieve and exceed KPI targets throughout the shift. Regular duties include helping with inventory, hands-on warehouse picking, packing, and shipping, as well as admin and data entry tasks. You’ll promote a safe, positive environment, handle daily paperwork, and submit actionable reports. Keeping the worksite clean is also your responsibility.
