Are you passionate about engineering and eager to make an impact on major infrastructure? Parsons is looking for an EIT Bridge Engineer, offering a full-time position with an attractive benefits package. Expect comprehensive health coverage, retirement options, and paid time off.
What You’ll Do Every Day
As an EIT Bridge Engineer, you’ll be deeply involved in bridge inspections, structural analysis, and design verification. Your role includes working on both traditional and complex infrastructure projects, often supporting seismic studies, repair assessments, and new construction works. You’ll be equipped with the latest software, handle client communications, and occasionally travel to diverse sites to perform inspections. Teamwork is a major part of your daily workflow, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, sustainable infrastructure solutions.
Main Advantages
One major advantage is access to mentorship and ongoing career development. Parsons offers a structured development plan and opportunities for certifications, including advanced rope-access qualifications. You’ll consistently gain exposure to celebrated projects—both local and national—while working in a supportive environment that values innovation and work-life balance.
Points to Consider
Frequent travel and fieldwork can be demanding, requiring excellent physical condition and adaptability. The dual-language requirement means a need for strong communication skills in both English and French, which could be challenging for some candidates.
Is This Role Right For You?
