Lifting material up to 85 lbs is expected, so physical readiness is a must. You will help organize tasks, communicate clearly with your team, and support site safety by checking vehicles and materials before and after use.

New hires will go through hands-on training and are supported to achieve their Canadian Certified Horticulture Technician (CCHT) certification over time. The role values growth, so additional certification like CPR or WHMIS may also be encouraged, helping you build professional skills and safety awareness as you go.
